It really is that simple.
It doesn't take much.
It's a choice.
YOU can chose the words you use. YOU can chose your tone. YOU can chose your attitude.
All too often people get hurt because of a poor choice of words.
I know I've chosen words poorly. I'm not perfect. No-one is. Even when my intent is the opposite, it can be misread. It often is misread. That's why chosing what you say wisely is so important. I'm still learning.
Is that you're saying to build someone up? Are you intending to build someone up but at the same time, dragging them or someone else down? Are you defending one at the expense of another?
One little word can kill a dream. One small conversation can change someone's life. Can put them on edge for all future interactions (if any) with you.
This also goes for the things you say to yourself.
Are you nice to yourself?
I have this theory that if you start with being nice to yourself, that kindness will be reflected in your actions with other people. Or maybe it's the other way around for you. Maybe you are great at being nice to others, but you treat yourself like poop.
Either way, just be nice. You either do, or you don't. There is no try.
Have a NICE day! :)

I truly agree with this!
